OTR 3rd Floor

Original brick, exposed beams, ambient lighting, situated on the top floor of our former Thermometer Company Warehouse overlooking the historic city of Watertown and the scenic Black River. Suitable for parties up to 150. Full Service Bar | Complete Sound System | Projection Screen | Dance Floor | Private Restrooms.

OTL Dining Room and OTL Bar II

Located in the former Sackets Harbor & Ellisburgh Railroad depot (built circa 1850), the dining room and bar have a warm and relaxed atmosphere with views overlooking Lake Ontario. Suitable for parties up to 65 or 95 including the bar.

OTL Lower Deck and OTL Upper Deck

Our recently built outside decks directly over the water have unobstructed views of Lake Ontario. Request one or both decks. Suitable for parties up to 65 (Upper Deck) or 70 (Lower Deck) or 135 total.

OTL Stone Patio

For smaller parties enjoy our outside stone patio directly on the bank of Lake Ontario. Suitable for parties up to 25.
